Lawless Distilling's Cocktail Kits
Restaurants and other businesses, like distilleries, have had to make adaptations to their operations to help them get through this time of sheltering in place. I saw that Lawless Distilling was offering make-your-own cocktail kits and couldn't resist picking up a couple.
The cocktails have rotated, and you can buy individual spirits from them, so you'll need to check their website for availability. My first pick was Gin and Tonic which includes Lawless Greenway Gin, mineral water, cucumber tonic syrup, and even a lime and dehydrated fruit garnish.
We also ordered the Juniper Old Fashioned kit which included Lawless Juniper Gin, Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters, sugar syrup, dehydrated orange slices, and even big ice blocks.
Each kit was $45 and made up to eight drinks. Lawless includes recipes that were easy to follow as well. This was a really fun way to support a local business.
You can find other local cocktail options in this Eater Twin Cities article.
